Cancelling Lessons
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your lessons. If you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our schedule and offer your spot to another student.
We’re always here to help, so if you’d like to discuss rescheduling, taking a break, or exploring other options, our team will be happy to assist.

Cancelling a one off class
If you need to cancel a swimming lesson as a one-off, you can do this through your UDIO portal (online or via the app).
You’re also welcome to call us on 02 4647 4788 or email reception@swimaway.com.au.
To receive a makeup voucher for your class, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your lesson start time. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 2 hours of your class will result in the lesson being forfeited and no makeup voucher issued.

Terminating enrolment
While we’re always sad to say goodbye, if you do need to end your enrolment, please email accounts@swimaway.com.au.
Please note, cancellations cannot be processed over the phone or at reception. You’re welcome to use any remaining makeup vouchers on your account up until your final swim date.

Suspensions and Holds
We do not grant suspensions or holds for any reason other than a medical one. Our accounts team view these and they are granted on a case by case basis, please note not all requests for suspension will be successful.
Medical suspensions are carried out for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. To enquire about getting this applied to your UDIO account, you must send the request to our accounts team at accounts@swimaway.com.au,
with the necessary information and a doctors certificate specifically stating your child is unfit for lessons for a certain period of time with a commencement and end date. Our accounts team will then evaluate the documentation and let you know if your suspension enquiry is successful.
